drylin® N Carro con orificios roscados, tamaño 80mm

Two integrated elastomer elements reduce noise and rattling as well as bearing clearance to a minimum.

Tech up:

• Rattle-free, with elastomer camber up to 3N
• Lower bearing clearance
• Rich, high quality adjustment feel
• Low-profile, 12mm system height
• Integrated thread inserts within the carriage body

Cost down:

• Ready-to-install, pre-assembled linear carriages
• Suitable for low-profile rails NS-01-80 in silver and NS-01-80-AR in black
• Fail-safe integrated elastomer
• Individual elastomer camber possible
• Dimensionally identical to carriages with fixed and floating bearings

Proof:

• Tested: linear application, horizontal mounting position, two NS-01-80 rails, spacing 400mm, with two NW-02-80 carriages each, spacing 200mm, acceleration 1.25m/s², 50N centric load, expected service life: 30,000km
• Tested: linear up to four times quieter than metal bearings
• Tested: corrosion resistance of linear rails, salt-spray tested (NSS) according to DIN EN 9227/ASTM B-117

Sustainability:

• 100% lubrication-free operation
• Sliding elements individually renewable
• Reusable carriage body
• Low emission levels in the interior due to very quiet operation
• Maintenance-free due to self-lubricating high-performance polymers from igus®
