igubal H3EM-SP – high speeds, temperature and chemical resistance

The H3EM-SP spherical insert bearing, produced using the injection moulding process, can be used in pillow block bearings and flanged mounted bearings. It is made of the high-performance plastic iglidur H3, which is characterised by extremely high wear resistance and excellent coefficients of friction, even under extreme ambient conditions. iglidur H3 is the first choice when long service life is required at high temperatures or in aggressive media.

Thanks to the embedded solid lubricant, no additional lubrication is required, which makes operation in dirty or damp environments particularly advantageous. Our spherical insert bearings are easy to install and offer a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to a conventional metal ball bearing.

Housing compatibility

In our shop, you will also find flange mounted bearings and pillow block bearings with plastic housings, which have a positive effect on the total weight of your system.
