New cross sections without protective conductor for the high-end motor cable series CF38

Motor cables are often used without a protective conductor (PE) if the protective conductor needs to be installed in a different way. To meet the electrical requirements of the market, igus now offers the CF38.O.PE series as a solution for the energy chain.
The halogen-free high-end cables of the CF38 cable series have a TPE jacket material, which makes them extremely resistant to mechanical loads such as small radii in the energy chain and external influences such as extremely low temperatures down to -35°C. With this innovation, we are not only expanding the CF38 family, but are also replacing the discontinued CF35.UL models. This means that a complete replacement of the previous products is possible without any problems. The new high-end CF38.O.PE motor cable with TPE outer jacket has UL approval and a guaranteed extended service life of +25%.
