Precise and maintenance-free bearing in rolling machine for mudguards

In a rolling machine for aluminium profiles for the production of lorry mudguards, steel bearings were previously used for the lifting system of the pressure roller. As these always had to be lubricated and were imprecise, they were replaced with completely lubrication-free and maintenance-free drylin linear rails and iglidur plain bearings.

In addition to the drive and the rol e-chain, the slide profile is an indispensable element of the chain conveyor. The glide bar carries the applied loads and enables a continuous drive thanks to its low coefficient of friction.

Our glide bars made from iglidur bar stock are designed for the high loads imposed by car bodies. And of course you also benefit from our typical advantages here: all our products are maintenance-free and have a low coefficient of friction.
