The superwise Basic service gives you access to the superwise portal. There you can view our statement on the service life of your energy chain. We determine this using your information and data on the basis of statistically determined values. In addition, we offer you the service of informing you in good time when inspection dates are due.

Information such as the number of cycles per day, speed, acceleration, fill weight and ambient conditions are used to calculate the expected service life. Time-controlled maintenance plans can be created based on this information.

With the Basic version, you secure yourself:

With the superwise Silver service you can supplement your e-chain® with our i.Sense or i.Cee modules. These determine the exact condition and maintenance requirements of your energy chain and send it to you, giving you a precise statement on the condition and service life of your energy chain.

The calculation of the service life is based on the actual movement profile of the e-chain®. With the help of i.Sense sensors, the number of cycles, speed, acceleration, etc., are recorded and included in the service life calculation.

With the Silver option you secure yourself:

We take care of inspection, replacement, maintenance and repair. You don't have to worry about a thing.
