"Plastic parts with three components are injected in two adjacent injection moulding machines. Between the two machines is located the bonding station. The basic components are attached here. With the pivot-mounted change gripper, the viewing window is transferred from the tray to the pivot supports in the injection cycle. The pivot arm mounted with the igus® bearings GFM-151824-32 bonds the viewing window in the base components. With the simple plug-in installation and the adjustable collar, it was possible to abandon the highly complex bonding mechanism. ”
